Devaluing Values

Missed the writing group in Uni today as I had an early start to get to Dundee for an event. It was predicated on a very provocative point about devaluing values and the impact of SW's approach to SDS. Some lively debate at times, lots of frustration and was nice to catch up with colleagues of old.
Found it really difficult to be stuck inside all day with little natural light.
A week walk along the waterfront in the evening cleared my head from the fogginess that accumulated throughout the day.
