I forgot....

...that leaving Edinburgh an hour either side of 5.00 pm can only result in being stuck in a traffic jam on the city by pass or the M8, or both.

Both for me this evening , as (unusually) I was in and out of the city in a single day.   But I didn't get away from the Parliament until after 4.00, which was too late.
