There you go, two Thursdays for the price of one today!

Apologies for the lack of comments today, I went straight from work to a training ride with some of the other  guys going to the Pyrenees and now I need to get to bed as I have an early meeting tomorrow.   I will catch up tomorrow evening.

Finally, the extra is an example of Bristol Byzantine architectural detail, from what was once Bristol's Courage brewery.  You may recall that I've mentioned this architectural school before here.
