Big Sister's Birthday.

So Cheryl turned 26 today, which means I'll be turning 21 soon. She was woken up with a bottle of vodka at 7am by her daughter. Well trained. Happy Birthday Cheryl.

We nipped in after a frenetic day of unmentionables to hand over the birthday presents and soak up a rare bit of family banter and eat Lucy's cheesecake. After being teased and wound up to the extreme by my dad growing up, he doesnae like it when you cheek him back too much, the giving and taking of banter with Dad is always risky.

Birthdays on work days annoy me, birthdays should be weekend affairs, or the bearers should immediately be granted the day off.

Getting my head round the new service areas and increasing asks during what is very busy time anyway is taking its toll this week, Supposed to be form filling tonight but too tired to blah, blah, blah.....Parks and Recreation to the rescue, it so reminds me of some of the crazily wonderful characters I used to work with years ago in the one and only Unit 7, c/o Aberdeenshire Council.
