Journey of The Eyes

Seeking abstraction
in a world of purposeful form,
I found my eyes to be
in sensuous collision with
color and formlessness.
I allowed my substance to mesh 
with shifting landscapes,
sliding down miniscule mountain slopes
to bathe in azure seas.
I traveled tantalizing highways
embraced by unlimited skies.
My eyes became conduits through which 
all my senses were wakened and roused.
I have not yet returned...
