Trip to the Coast

Feeling lazy again today, but I needed some fresh air. So what better than a trip to the coast.  I had thought of going to West Wittering, but it was very hot and from past experience I knew the beash there would not offer much relief.  So in the end I went to Selsey Beach and took a walk along the coast path there.

There was a nice cooling breeze with the incoming tide which added some life to the waves.
