Giant Red Hibiscus

The Giant Red Hibiscus is not my favorite but it does have a presence.  This plant belongs to a neighbor but it is close to where are yards meet. Covered with 8" (20cm) blooms, which are very dark red, it provides some striking color at the edge of the lawn at the end of summer.
