Uisge beatha

Just a handful of the hundreds, possibly thousands, of whiskys in the collection at the Scotch Whisky Centre at the top of the Royal Mile. We were here for a private tasting session, tasting some fine malts and matching them with foods.

As usual the Islay malts came out top for me. Never tried them with chocolate before though. A great combination. If you don't believe me go try it for yourself....
