Gathering cloud ...

... perhaps hinting at the weather for the Bank Holiday weekend.

Having spent most of the day slouched over the PC editing our recent holiday photos, I had to pop into town around mid-day. The sunshine disappeared almost as soon as I got there and with heavy cloud, seen here hovering over our famous Bettys tea-rooms, it felt like rain was on the way.

As it happened there was just a brief shower and the sun re-appeared around the time I sat back down at the computer. Such joy.
