Must be too expensive!

This mansion house has been on the market for ages now and at £8.5m I can't be surprised! We pass it in our almost daily constitionals and there are now 'For Sale' signs at the end of the drive so they must be getting desperate! It's clearly overpriced!
It has an interesting history as it started life in East Anglia, centuries ago I believe, and was moved over here to Herts piece by piece! (I don't like the inside much-not very attractive) so won't be putting in an offer!! ;)
