Sutton Bank Sculpture

Detour on the way home to avoid the Bank Holiday traffic on the A64. Called into to Sutton Bank visitors centre to take this photo.

It symbolises the world as a living thing, branching in different directions. The large tree hides the logo of the 10 National parks designated in 1950 and the Broads which joined in 1989. There is an invitation to find the different logos. As you can see from the base the North York Moors logo is a cross and is depicted on the left side of the statue. Can you spot any more?
