of my new hoody I think.

A family trip out for breakfast, school uniform shopping and clothes wore me out so when we went to the supermarket Alice pushed me in the store's wheelchair after my back had ceased. I'm pleased to say she is a safe driver and we didn't take out any pyramids of baked beans. Chris piloted the trolley while Martin loaded it with things I couldn't reach. What a team!

I see the rheumatologist next week thankfully :)
