Lady Liberty

Oooft what an action packed day. We started off at Pier 83 for a boat cruise on the North River and down in to the Hudson seeing all the major touristic highlights. I had better pictures today but my blip had to be the Statue of Liberty, doubt I'll get another chance to get a picture this close from this angle again. 

Ive uploaded a second pic which was taken from the High Line, a walkway from upper Chelsea to the Meatpacking District, such a nice walk. 

Went for a stroll up to Central Park and looked in (spending the day on Monday properly exploring) this evening. Walked past the Plaza hotel and down some of Fifth Avenue, some smashing shops up that way....

We ate at the Palm tonight, steak perfection and the most amazing green beans we've tasted, they had bacon and pine nuts throughout! Early to bed again as we are pooped and its a late one tomorrow!
