Thai Dish

This evening I cooked the family dinner. When I was in Thailand I discovered a dish called Peanut Butter Chicken and I wanted to recreate it tonight.

It consisted of peanut butter, chilli flakes, soy sauce, coconut milk and some other stuff! It wasn't as good as what I had in Thailand, but it was a good shot!

Im going to start cooking for myself alot more from now on!
