Old Man (and woman and dog) Of Storr

This year, we visited the Isle Of Skye for the first time. What a magnificent place it is. We didn't *quite* get the weather we'd hoped for, but it was pretty good.

Here am I and @SkipperTheBear sitting just beneath the pinnacle of the Old Man Of Storr. I'm looking slightly happier in the photo than I actually looked 10minutes before it was taken - we'd scrambled up the scree-covered sides and I had an unexpected attack of vertigo. But it was worth the spinny head to see the view and we'd timed it just right - we started at 08.00, so as we were coming down, the 'milling hoardes' were on the way up! We'd had an hour with the Old Man entirely to ourselves!
