Om mane padme hung

This is a mane wheel .. spin in at liberate prayers for the benefit of all beings.  Mane wheels like Tibetan prayer flags are such a beautiful tradition.  
Laughter yoga this morning filled me with joy for the rest of the weekend.  It's lovely how I'm becoming less and less self-conscious about my laugh and how this give me the freedom to laugh with more abandon.
