Scrapbook Saturday?
Today I'm blipping a couple of pressed glass crinoline ladies, we inherited them from hubby's mum in 1998 after she passed away.
They were made in a glass factory in Gateshead, the family aren't sure if Sowerbys owned it at the time of whether it was owned by Davidsons. Hubby's grandmother (Lala) owned them originally, and no-one is sure how long she had them, but they must be at least 80 years old (the family think).
The darker one is a little worse for wear, but both are really beautiful.. shame about my walls lol
Ta muchly Davidc for the idea x
Another day off and have have a grand day pottering.
I did get drenched when out walking, but soon dried off :)
