Evening Run

We went to Largs for an ice cream at Nardinis, and had fish and chips and then an ice cream sundae.

I needed my 3 miles after all that sugar and fat!!!!!

I am reminding everyone of my running the Great North Run for Hospice at Home. Please, please help this cause. It costs about £140 for a terminally ill person to have a night of care at home from a hospice nurse and this is paid for through donations and fundraising like I am doing. So far, I have managed to raise about £80 in 6 months. I know people don't have a lot of money, but even a £1 makes a difference.
