Room at the top

A long journey down (it is bank holiday), and leaving the sunshine of north west England for the greyness and dampness of the south coast (seriously topsy turvy).

Family wise it's been a bit of a crisis week, which I won't go into here, but we'll have to see how the next few days go.

For medicinal treatment, Simon Cowell is prescribed this evening. I am feeling a bit (well, more than a bit) queasy, but J's Mum loves the X factor and especially SC so we're having an OK time. My key concern is - is that the woman who used to be Cheryl Cole ?

Our favourite B&B down here no longer exists, so we're somewhere we've never been before. It's up the blipped spiral staircase next to a pottery. Not seen the pots yet. More on that as the weekend goes - but the basin in our bathroom looks very good, so my expectations are high.
