It makes you think

Been watching Who Do You Think You Are on the Beeb - which is always fascinating.
Also been thinking about how distant events can cause ripples that eventually lap up to our own lives and push us in a new direction. The Spanish civil war probably had little effect on my own coming into existence and yet I can see how Arthur and Tilly would probably not be here had there been peace in Spain 79 years ago. Likewise, an air crash 43 years ago more than likely led to B and I getting together to form the family we have now. It's all wonderfully fragile and knife edge - and yet its the only path we can take.
