Sea Glass Festival Mission Aborted

The only nice picture to come out of Carpinteria, CA.  Headed there today for a Sea Glass Festival only to find the line, for entry, was down the block and around the corner. Since we are going through one of the worst heat waves,  my friends and I decided to head up to Santa Barbara for some shopping and lunch, instead, in nice air-conditioned establishments.
