Street Busker
Game day today so we went into Melbourne a little early so we could have a walk around.
Walked up to the Casino it must be 3 year since we were last there, it has its interesting points such as the flames at night and the grand entrance that has lots of displays, they have a replica bow of the Titanic at the moment. but I always feel claustrophobic and disorientated once in there, good job I am not a gambler.
We passed this busker on our way I have seen him before and only moves position when you put something in his hat, i know they have to pay for there licence and most of them are quite good so I don't mind giving them a few dollars.
It was a special game and they were promoting Relay for life (Daffodils for Cancer) i will try and add some extra photos but at the moment Blip will not let me. One is of the stall that they set up so you could purchase a pin, pen etc. or even a daffodil. The other is a ceremony they performed in the middle of the ground in remembrance to all that had lost there lives to this terrible disease. They also lit candles for those still fighting, it was quite emotional with a minutes silence and everyone lighting either candles or mobile phones ( modern technology) I hope they raised a good amount.
And to finish off a great day we had a good win over the Cowboys so wandered back up to Fed square to have a glass or 2 of wine ,Two is the limit too expensive for any more. Another great Saturday.
Just tried again to get the extras up but no luck I will try again later.
Done please check out my extras they took me half a day to put up.
