Great Yellow Bumblebee (Bombus distinguendus)

There were lots of hoverflies about in the garden this morning, but only this one Bumblebee.  I am almost sure it is the Great Yellow Bumblebee - it was HUGE.  This might mean it was a queen Bumblebee! It was once common to most of the UK, but now is only found on the North coast of Scotland, and some of the Scottish islands. You can check it out HERE if you wish!  Have a nice Sunday!
