Glencoe open water swim

Up early to travel the 2.5 hours over to Glencoe for their first open water swim. J had signed us both up for the 1.5K swim. Not the best organised event we have been to. It was raining all day and the wind picked up, which along with the tide made for an interesting swim. It was an out and back course with staggered starts. This meant that we were heading back as others were coming out. Managed to get hit in the right goggle by someone as well as loosing an earplug. Not the nicest swim I have ever done. Still good to say we had swam in Lock Leven

Came back and had a quiet night in and early to bed. Knackered.
