Strange name for a dahlia but true. This is part of the annual display of dahlia's in Harrogate's Valley Gardens. The flower head itself is beautifully symmetrical (see extra) as is the other extra dahlia, known as Trelyn Rebecca.

There are so many splendid blooms, in prime condition, on display at the moment, I could have added several more.
