Back In Training

Purchased a bargain pair of very bright trainers yesterday whilst on our Leeds mission. An indicator of commitment to fitness as the new term starts!

Stuck to cycle shoes first thing though - 30 miles locally at an ok pace.

Home to get ready for a christening which was a happy event with some good catching up afterwards. Mainly teachers so the unmentionable was not fully avoided!

Home to school work and dinner before the last Sunday night of this sort for a while.
