We've had little un with us for nearly a month now... and it's becoming hard to remember what life was like before this...

I've mastered skills such as the dummy catch reflex, the ability to pick things up off the floor whilst carrying a small person, the nappy change in the standard froggy position, the crawling away position, the standing up and running around mode and the holding them horizontally under one arm whilst they kick pose... in fact I can do a lot more things with just one hand now, including peeling an egg, scaling a climbing frame and eating breakfast... I can also find the lost teddy in blackout conditions...

So with this new level of professionalism, I have invested in a proper changing bag... gone is the overstuffed handbag, and the co-op plastic bag of spare nappies and wipes, and here is the new sleek carries everything in an organised way bag... I'm starting to feel and look the part of 'Mummy'

Watching her wave and flirt with the checkout lady at the supermarket...
Getting a kiss goodnight
Watching little un fart loudly and then look behind her in genuine surprise to find out who made the noise.
