Learning with Isla

Dinner with the Russell's tonight in Chester which was proceeded by some time with the caterpillars. Loved it. Isla has 11 caterpillars who all have names and can all be identified by size, colour etc.

Ran another 10km this morning which was really tough. I reached home at 8km and then had to keep doing little loops all over the place to bring me up to 10km.

I also had to pop into town to grab some bits and pieces but unfortunately chose the day when shrewsbury is full of blacked-up, bell-covered morris dancers and the like. You couldn't move for them. Happily got to chat to my uncle and aunt who were in one of the bands though. Every cloud.
