6am start for a drive to the dales to go caving with one of our Drs

Luckily the queue was so big I was spared the indignity of battling my vertigo through tears and tantrums

Still a beautiful day out and got to walk for miles and have some good chill out time with the Dr and got to meet some of his family after years of knowing him . Fab day


In other news I have a crush . I am 44
I need to stick to runnjng, blipping and books - therein lies comfort . The other path will end in tears ...
