BMX British Championships

The culmination of a season's hard racing, today saw 1,000+ riders battling for titles in Manchester. Sadly hubby didn't make the veterans final, having been knocked out in the quarters, but a good day was had by all...face paints, bikes, costumes, parades, ice creams, balloons, birthday presents, monkeys, pandas, minions and picnics.

hot baths, pain killers, antibiotics and big sleeps all round!
