Ship Ahoy

Stressful diy day in the house. A new toilet was being installed - an easy task, normally, but not today apparently.
Anyway I guiltily escaped for a couple of hours to the local estate - Rosebery House. Their gardens were open to the public in the name of charity. This is the summer home for the owners and what a fabulous place it is.
In the evening we dashed off to the lovely Cove to help prepare 70 crabs for a beach picnic tomorrow. We were treated to dinner in the harbour masters house and really didn't want to leave.we are not going to the party so drove home and left them all to it.next year we will return for the full experience.
