Castle Fraser

Another day and another garden. The day was warm and sunny while we were at Castle Fraser. The garden here is looking pretty splendid as it was at Pitmedden yesterday. The only disappointment is due to the fine weather they had sold out of ice cream.

Later we made a brief visit to Craigievar Castle where they had also sold out of ice cream. Quite a bit cooler here and somewhat overcast. In the evening we went to the carvery at the Holiday Inn in Westhill. It seem to be a long time since we last did that.
