And Nothing is impossible, in my all powerful mind

I never quite "get" atmospherics.

Some days Arran looks all of it's 22 miles away, other days, it looks as tho I could push off from the beach on a paddle boat and be there in 15 minutes.   Some days,  it's not there at all.

Si and I had a wee bank holiday drive into the town; I had a bimble whilst he dawdled at the Scout Hall. (He loves that place); then we had a little lunch and then a trip to a shop called The Range, where I had never been before.   Si bought stuff for the Scouts (again)... and I looked and took note of all the handicraft stuff they had :-)

We stopped off on the Hill on the way home - today, the "atmospherics" were great.  We could see everything -  Dunure to the South, and Largs to the north.... If it weren't for the hill behind me, Ben Lomond too probably.  All the way to Arran, Holy Isle, Lady Isle, Ailsa Craig.

What was even more fascinating -  the island of Pladda and Sanda behind the Lady Isle, and beyond that; Begorrah!  Ireland.
