Best in show!

For most of my adult life I would swear I hated dahlias. I've just realised what a variety there is. My hatred is directed to the Pom pom types which are so uniform and artificial looking. A friend recommended a nursery which we visited today which had a field full of 400 different dahlias. Some look like sunflowers, others like daisies but this is one of my favourites as is my additional photo
