The Beat Generation

Made a return visit to the Kirkintilloch Canal Festival on Sunday afternoon.

I thought that I might post some pictures of the vintage cars for my daily Blip, or some of the street performers or canal boats, or some of the fun & games taking place at the Southbank Marina, but the highlight of my visit was listening to Barulho Beat (pronounced Barool-you according to the back of the conductor's t-shirt) - a Glasgow-based Samba band, who were performing at the marina. Impossible not to tap one's toes and shake one's booty (whatever that is!) to these guys.

The pictures of canal boats can wait until another time.
