Wembley

Well, that result wasn't expected. Meeting up with Robin and Wes, seeing all the Rovers fans at Kings Cross and making our way to the stadium was great fun. Experiencing Wembley Way, the atmosphere in the ground and the general build up for the first ever time was great fun! Then the actual game happened and we just didn't show up in the slightest. Very Very frustrating for all the fans having paid so much for the day. 

Thankfully we salvaged a bit of fun from the night, and despite the tired, long pints in a few Shoreditch pubs, we managed to get into the Blues Kitchen and enjoyed a few hours of a live funk and soul band then some vinyl gems from the archives. We then walked back all the way from Shoreditch to Kings Cross. A 40 minute trip that I wanted to do on a Boris bike. I was the only one willing.
