Neighbours

Invited the next door neighbours round for coffee this morning. Spent a pleasant 2 hours, even if she did refuse cake when I had been out and bought 2!

It will take a long time to feel as comfortable or friendly with them as we did in our last home, and actually we probably won't ever get that again, but they are nice enough. The picture is of the plant she brought with her as a house warming gift.

Sinfully our Sunday dinner was fish and chips at The Pilot, renowned for the best fish around. Back to work after my 4 day break tomorrow.
