Bank holiday biriyani.....

.......was about as exciting as it got on a wet August Bank Holiday Monday!!!

We had loosely planned to run 'The Kings Head Canter' as a family, then dash back for 'Le Marche' in Heathfield. The weather wasn't great for either of those things, but GravyC's brother was also paying a fleeting visit to the area. We met him in the rain instead!

We came home and watched a family DVD we had bought whilst out. (I watched it with my eyes closed, which is a special talent I have!). By 5pm I was 'ready' for my long(ish) run, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was dry outside. Maybe September will bring some sunshine?!
