Bolivar

I had planned this blip for the 21st but I'm doing it today because this week has the capacity to get well out of hand. This is a statue of Simon Bolivar just next to the Grand Palais, I've been planning this photo for weeks as The Simon Bolivar Orchestra are playing The Big Concert as part of the London 2012 Festival.

I had heard of Sistema years ago, and have followed it's offshoot Sistema Scotland and Big NNoise in Stirling for years. Seeing it get to this level of recognition and such a big event is really inspiring and I really wish I could be there on Thursday.
