2015 Monday -- Emerson's 24th Birthday

Twenty-four years ago we were introduced to our one and only grandson, Emerson. His big sister was just about three years older than he was and she was very excited about him.

This evening we all gathered for an informal birthday dinner celebration. We had a lot of fun and Ashly's fiancé Robert joined us and Uncle Scott was with us also, but not pictured.

Tomorrow Emerson will step into his 25th year of life, and I will step into my 25th year of teaching. I remember the season of his birth quite vividly.
