Field of gold

This is one of our pastures, full of goldenrod. There are butterflies and bees everywhere.

I used my pressure canner for the first time tonight. I cleaned 20 ears of corn which resulted in 4 pints. A lot of work for a little return, but hopefully I will appreciate the effort down the road.

I've had a delay in posting the past two days because for some reason I wasn't able to "publish" them.
