Stalking Heron

Had a walk down to Montrose Basin this morning and captured a few shots of Herons.  Spoilt for choice really, but I chose this one because he had such an amusing look of a Stalker about him.  He was so far away that I had the lens out full zoom so it's a bit fuzzy.  There were about seven of them in a row  -  my extra is of a group that were gathered together. It seems to be threatening to rain, but my Gardner came to cut the grass thank goodness.  Times must be hard for Gardners, but like with her, diversification is the name of the game and she makes things when housebound.
