Please forgive the quality of this photo but I was speeding along in the car on the way to Lilongwe and almost missed them!  Its the only photo worth using today! 

Another friend left this morning and called at 5am to say bye!  At least I will see him again in Ireland hopefully!

In Lilongwe for the next couple of days - lots of things to do including getting car serviced, hair cut and I have an all day meeting too!
