Tiny Tuesday

I have been struggling to get a macro shot with any real clarity or sharpness, so with the weather being awful, decided to have a play.
I think I am getting there. The trick being manual focus via live view, low ISO, reading glasses and a tripod.
After going through a series of subjects, (cat, Maisie's eye, lightbulb) decided on this very pretty scent bottle.
Am pleased with how it came out, but could probably be sharper. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong.
