Dylan

I know they say that having a new puppy can be a lot of hard work and need patience but this little doggie hasnt read the right script. He is terrified of everything. He doesnt move from one room to another unless you move him and he just sits there shivering slightly in case there is a sudden potentially highly threatening movement. 

Will has been amazing with him, so patient and kind. He has sat with him for hours, offering him a variety of toys, bones, cuddles. He is so happy with the whole thing but we are feeling a bit sorry for him - this isnt what any of us expected in a first day of dog ownership. It seems to be working though, here Dylan left the sheltered spot behind the chair to come and sit next to him.

In other news, some kind of healthier eating plan has begun, predominantly removing butter and adding veg to every meal. No wine or gin rule implemented as yet.
