Southborough Common

I wandered round Southborough taking  random photos to make a photo quiz for the WI next week. This is one of "non-cryptic shots".  I am having terrible trouble with the sky over exposing at the moment I have an ND 4 filter on????? I seem  to have the the same problem with or without the filter.
