Nice ride round Loch Leven today, though not much wildlife to speak about (this was just in the garden later in the day), but a great lunchtime cafe stop.

Oh, and on telly again, the Cycling Historian the first piece on the post-festival return of the Fountainbridge Show to STV Edinburgh.

Work emails book-ending everything despite being on holiday. Ah well.
