Bruno......

.....Jen's most beloved childhood "friend"! I don't remember exactly when I bought him for her but I'm thinking she must have been 1 or 2. All my friends at work knew Bruno because our staff meetings were frequently on my day off so Jen & Bruno would come with me to the meetings. They never failed to talk to him which delighted her no end! When I took her to have her 3 y.o. portrait taken, Bruno had to be in it too! If you look at his arms you'll see that "Bruno doesn't like baths"! The rest of his body looks equally filthy! I took an alcohol wipe once and started to clean Bruno's face & a bit of the alcohol dripped onto his left eye---the eye color (which I'd thought was permanent) ran, making his eye a bit off! I felt terrible as Jennie cried & cried & cried because his eye "was hurt". I even wrote to the cabbage patch company to see if it could be fixed but they said they didn't have a repair dept.
Bruno spent some time up in the attic at home, but now he's in Houston, patiently waiting for the arrival of a new little girl to hug him, to take him on more adventures & to love him all over again! :))
