Out in the cold

Not so much the children, but the dog!

Sam has negotiated his best friends over to stay for a sleepover...in a tent...in the garden......and they have been great (so far) but not so the dog!  Poor Jess is wound up like a spring - pacing, digging, trying to climb trees.  She is supposed to be recuperating from her operation!

I've had to haul her inside but she is whining to get outside to be with them.   I've shut the curtains now, but I think it's going to be a long night.
