30 mile bike ride

With local tri club.
As always the last ten mile is a sprint for home. I was in the breakaway group of 4 and even flirted for the yellow jersey til I got well dropped with a mile to go.
The only time I got chance to take a blip was at the entrance to Aira force where the customary toilet break take place.
